Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove instrument panel outer trim cover. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER TRIM COVER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

2. Remove 2 screws (1).

   Torque: 2 Nm

3. Unclip the instrument panel knee bolster (1) from the instrument panel in arrow direction.
4. Remove the instrument panel knee bolster (1).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install instrument panel outer trim cover. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER TRIM COVER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
