Front Floor Console Side Upper Trim Removal And Installation/Replacement

Removal Procedure: 

The procedure for the left-hand component is identical to that for the right-hand side. 

1. Remove Front Floor Console. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
2. Remove Front Floor Console Armrest. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE ARMREST REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

3. Remove screw (1).

   Torque: 2.5 Nm

4. Carefully loosen latch (1) from the outside using a suitable plastic tool.
5. Lift up the side upper trim (2) in direction of the arrow.

6. Unclip side upper trim (1) at the marked points and remove.

Installation note: Check latching lugs for damage, replace side upper trim if necessary.

Installation note: Check clips in the marked area for damage, replace if necessary. 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install Front Floor Console. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Install Front Floor Console Armrest. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE ARMREST REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
