Instrument Panel Ambient Light Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove instrument panel upper trim panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UPPER TRIM PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

2. Remove 4 screws (1).

   Torque: 1.2 Nm 

3. Lead the ambient light (2) with the cable set out of the instrument panel in the direction of the arrow by approx. 10 cm.

4. Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector (1).
5. Remove the ambient light (2).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install instrument panel upper trim panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UPPER TRIM PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
