Removal [03/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [03/2019 - ] 

  2. SEPARATE ELECTRIC WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY 
    1. Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.

    2. Loosen nut (2).
    3. Guide the No. 2 water pump bracket sub-assembly (1) out and remove.

    4. Separate the electric water pump assembly (2).
  3. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CLEANER HOSE 
    WARNING:
    • Hot surfaces.

      Risk of burning!

      • Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.
    1. Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.

    2. Unlock plug connection (2) and disconnect.
    3. Loosen the T30 bolts (3).
    4. Unlock and loosen clamp (1).

    5. Guide out and remove No. 2 air cleaner hose (2).
