Installation [03/2019 - ]: Procedure

1. Check the sealing ring (1) on the No. 2 air cleaner hose (3) for damage and replace it, if necessary.

2. Check the sealing ring (2) on the No. 2 air cleaner hose (3) for damage and replace it, if necessary.
3. Insert and install No. 2 air cleaner hose.
4. Lock clamp.

   HINT: 

   The clamp must engage audibly.

5. Tighten down the T30 bolts.

   Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf) 

6. Connect connectors (2) and lock.

   HINT: 

   The connector must engage audibly.

7. Connect connectors (1) and lock.

   HINT: 

   The connector must engage audibly.

1. Position the electric water pump assembly.
2. Insert and install the No. 2 Water Pump bracket sub-assembly.
3. Tighten nut.

   Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf) 

4. Connect connectors and lock.
