Removal [03/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [03/2019 - ] 

  2. REMOVE MAIN MUFFLER HEAT INSULATOR LH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  3. REMOVE MAIN MUFFLER HEAT INSULATOR RH 
    1. for RH Side:

      1. Unclip the holder (1).
      2. Detach the cable (2) for the actuator with bracket assembly.
    2. Release nuts (1) and screws (2).

    3. Guide the main muffler heat Insulator RH (3).
  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Unscrew screws (1) and nuts (2).

    2. Remove the rear No. 2 floor heat Insulator sub-assembly (3).
  5. REMOVE MAIN MUFFLER HEAT INSULATOR 
    1. Loosen nuts (1).

    2. Remove the main muffler heat insulator (2).
