Removal [06/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [06/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to REMOVAL [12/2021 - ]

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23 [06/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23 [12/2021 - ]

  3. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 27 [06/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 27 [12/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 27 [10/2022 - ]

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28 [06/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28 [12/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28 [10/2022 - ]

  5. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 29 [06/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 29 [12/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 29 [10/2022 - ]

  6. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 30 [06/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 30 [12/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 30 [10/2022 - ]

  7. REMOVE ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw and disconnect the relay holder.

    3. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System:

      *A w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System
      1. Disconnect the 7 connectors.
    4. w/o TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System
      1. Disconnect the 6 connectors.
    5. Detach the clamp.
    6. Remove the nut and bolt.

    7. Detach the clamp and remove the ECU integration box RH.

  8. REMOVE NETWORK GATEWAY ECU 
    1. Detach the claw and remove the network gateway ECU.
