Combination Meter ECU Communication Stop Mode [12/2022 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS LINES (COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY MAIN LINE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Disconnect the K19 combination meter assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition K19-31 (CANH) - K19-14 (CANL) Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal 108 to 132 Ω Result

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect the K18 combination meter assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition K18-1 (EP) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω K18-2 (ES) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition K18-6 (IG+) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V K18-5 (B) - Body ground Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V Result
