DTC B0097-83: Right Side Restraints Sensor 2 Value of Signal Protection Calculation Incorrect [12/2022 - ]: Procedure

Pre-procedure1

• Turn the ignition switch to ON, and wait for at least 60 seconds.

• Check for DTCs.

Pre-procedure1

• Turn the ignition switch off.
• Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 60 seconds.

• Check that the connectors are properly connected to the airbag ECU assembly and floor side airbag sensor RH.

  OK

  The connectors are properly connected.

  Result

  Proceed to

Pre-procedure1

• Interchange the floor side airbag sensor RH with LH and connect the connectors to them.

  *1	Floor Side Airbag Sensor LH
  *2	Airbag ECU Assembly
  *3	Wire Harness

• Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 2 seconds.
• Turn the ignition switch to ON, and wait for at least 60 seconds.

• Clear the DTCs stored in memory.

  Body Electrical > SRS Airbag > Clear DTCs

• Turn the ignition switch off.

Post-procedure1

• Turn the ignition switch off.
• Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 60 seconds.
• Return the floor side airbag sensor LH and RH to their original positions and connect the connectors to them.

REPLACE AIRBAG ECU ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [12/2022 - 03/2023]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [03/2023 - ]
