  1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX RETAINER 

    See step  1

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX RETAINER 

    See step  2

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 BOX SIDE PANEL 

    See step  3

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 BOX SIDE PANEL 

    See step  4

  5. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX COVER 

    See step  5

  6. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY 

    See step  6

  7. REMOVE AIR PURIFIER AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE CONSOLE RETAINER 
    NOTE:

    Do not apply excessive force to the console retainer as the claws may be damaged.

  9. REMOVE BLOWER CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  11. DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONER HARNESS

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY

      Remove in this Direction - -
  13. REMOVE DISCHARGE HOSE

      1. Remove the bolt and discharge hose.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  14. REMOVE LIQUID HOSE

      1. Remove the bolt and liquid hose.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the liquid hose.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  15. REMOVE LIQUID TUBE

      1. Remove the liquid tube using the following procedure.

        1. Using a union nut wrench, loosen the nut and remove the liquid tube.

        2. Remove the O-ring from the liquid tube.

        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  16. REMOVE COOLER MAGNET VALVE ASSEMBLY

      1. Using a union nut wrench, loosen the nut and remove the cooler magnet valve assembly.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  17. REMOVE COOL BOX BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Bracket - -
  18. REMOVE COOLER (COOL BOX) EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:

    When the cooler (cool box) evaporator sub-assembly is removed, make sure to install a new one. The cooler (cool box) evaporator sub-assembly cannot be reused.
