Removal [02/2024 - ]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 

    Refer to PRECAUTION [02/2024 - ]

  2. READ VALUE USING GTS 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
  3. REMOVE SERVICE PLUG GRIP 

    Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ] 

  4. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ]

  5. REMOVE UPPER INVERTER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5
  6. REMOVE INVERTER TERMINAL COVER 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6
  7. CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
  8. INSTALL INVERTER TERMINAL COVER 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15
  9. INSTALL UPPER INVERTER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16
  10. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [02/2024 - ]

  11. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  12. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ]

  13. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  14. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9
  15. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11

  16. REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD REAR LH (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13

  17. REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD REAR RH (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14

  18. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  19. REMOVE REAR FLOOR REAR MAT SUPPORT PLATE (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15

  20. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12
  21. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  22. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR FLOOR BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  23. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  24. REMOVE REAR FLOOR REAR MAT (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23

  25. REMOVE EV BATTERY PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24

  26. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 29

  27. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  28. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH 
    HINT: 
    Remove a part of the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH so that the deck trim side panel assembly LH can be removed.

    Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ]

  29. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  30. REMOVE OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  31. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (LAP BELT ANCHOR) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  32. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (LAP BELT ANCHOR) 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  33. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (LAP BELT ANCHOR) (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  34. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (LAP BELT ANCHOR) (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  35. REMOVE NO. 1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP

  36. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK
