Reassembly [02/2024 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH CAP RH (for RH Side, w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 
  2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH CAP LH (for LH Side, w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 
  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT SHOULDER BELT HANGER (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 
  4. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
  5. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM COVER RH 
  6. INSTALL NO. 3 USB CHARGER SOCKET (w/ USB Charger) 
  7. INSTALL SPARE SWITCH HOLE COVER (w/o USB Charger) 
  8. INSTALL POWER OUTLET SOCKET BEZEL (for RH Side) 
  9. INSTALL REAR QUARTER TRIM BASE COVER RH (for RH Side, w/ Rear Air Conditioning System) 
  10. INSTALL FRONT QUARTER TRIM BASE COVER RH (for RH Side, w/ Rear Air Conditioning System) 
  11. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM COVER LH (for LH Side, w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 
  12. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM JACK COVER (for LH Side) 
  13. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE 

    HINT: 

    The illustrations are representative examples, and details may differ.

      Butyl Tape - -
      1. Apply butyl tape to the roof headlining assembly ensuring it does not go over the marking.
    2. for Normal Roof:

      1. Apply butyl tape to the roof headlining assembly ensuring it does not go over the marking.
    3. for Moon Roof:

      *1 No. 1 Roof Wire - -
      *a Clamp *b Hook
      Positioning Tape Butyl Tape Area
      1. Attach the clamp in the order shown in the illustration.
      2. Secure the No. 1 roof wire to the butyl tape as shown in the illustration.
        NOTE:
        • Make sure to attach the No. 1 roof wire without leaving any of it loose.
        • If any of the No. 1 roof wire is left loose, it will cause an abnormal noise.

        HINT: 

        • Align the edge of the positioning tape of the No. 1 roof wire with the marking on the roof headlining assembly and secure the No. 1 roof wire to the butyl tape as shown in the part of the illustration labeled (A).
        • Adjust the extra length of the No. 1 roof wire in the part of the illustration labeled (B) and sucere the No. 1 roof wire to the butyl tape.
        • Apply the No. 1 roof wire so that it is securely attached and not twisted.
      3. Attach the hook as shown in the illustration.

        HINT: 

        Align the edge of the positioning tape of the No. 1 roof wire with the edge of the hook the roof headlining assembly and attach the No. 1 roof wire to the hook as shown in the part of the illustration labeled (C).

    4. for Moon Roof:

      Positioning Tape Guide Tape
      1. Attach the clamp and hook to install the No. 1 roof wire as shown in the illustration.

        HINT: 

        • Align the edge of the positioning tape of the No. 1 roof wire with the edge of the hook the roof headlining assembly and attach the No. 1 roof wire to the hook as shown in the part of the illustration labeled (A).
        • Align the roof headlining marking symbol and guide tape color.
    5. for Normal Roof:

      *1 No. 1 Roof Wire - -
      *a Clamp *b Hook
      Positioning Tape Butyl Tape Area
      1. Attach the clamp in the order shown in the illustration.
      2. Secure the No. 1 roof wire to the butyl tape as shown in the illustration.
        NOTE:
        • Make sure to attach the No. 1 roof wire without leaving any of it loose.
        • If any of the No. 1 roof wire is left loose, it will cause an abnormal noise.

        • Align the edge of the positioning tape of the No. 1 roof wire with the marking on the roof headlining assembly and secure the No. 1 roof wire to the butyl tape as shown in the part of the illustration labeled (A).

      3. Attach the hook as shown in the illustration.

      1. Attach the clamp and hook to install the No. 1 roof wire as shown in the illustration.

        HINT: 

        • Align the edge of the positioning tape of the No. 1 roof wire with the edge of the hook the roof headlining assembly and attach the No. 1 roof wire to the hook as shown in the part of the illustration labeled (A).
        • Align the roof headlining marking symbol and guide tape color.

      *A for Driver Side *B for Front Passenger Side
      Install in this Direction - -
      1. Turn the visor connectors approximately 90° clockwise and install them to the roof headlining assembly.
  14. INSTALL WASHER HOSE

      1. Apply butyl tape to the roof headlining assembly ensuring it does not go over the marking.
    2. for Normal Roof:

      1. Apply butyl tape to the roof headlining assembly ensuring it does not go over the marking.

      Butyl Tape Area - -
      1. Secure the washer hose to the butyl tape as shown in the illustration.
        NOTE:
        • Make sure to attach the washer hose without leaving any of it loose.
        • If any of the washer hose is left loose, it will cause an abnormal noise.
      2. Attach the clamp to install the washer hose.
    4. for Normal Roof:

      Butyl Tape Area - -
      1. Secure the washer hose to the butyl tape as shown in the illustration.
        NOTE:
        • Make sure to attach the washer hose without leaving any of it loose.
        • If any of the washer hose is left loose, it will cause an abnormal noise.
      2. Attach the clamp to install the washer hose.
  15. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6
  16. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING HOLDER COVER 
  17. INSTALL MICROPHONE CASE 
  18. INSTALL ACTIVE NOISE CONTROL MICROPHONE 
  19. INSTALL TELEPHONE MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY 
  20. INSTALL NO. 4 ROOF SILENCER PAD

      *a Marking - -
      Butyl Tape - -
      1. Apply butyl tape to the roof headlining assembly ensuring it does not go over the marking.
      2. Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the a new No. 4 roof silencer pad and install them as shown in the illustration.
  21. INSTALL NO. 3 ROOF SILENCER PAD

      Butyl Tape - -
      1. Apply butyl tape to the roof headlining assembly ensuring it does not go over the marking.
      2. Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the a new No. 3 roof silencer pad and install them as shown in the illustration.
  22. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER PAD (for Normal Roof)

      Butyl Tape - -
      1. Apply butyl tape to the roof headlining assembly ensuring it does not go over the marking.
      2. Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the a new No. 2 roof silencer pad and install them as shown in the illustration.
  23. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF SILENCER PAD (for Normal Roof)

      1. Apply butyl tape to the roof headlining assembly ensuring it does not go over the marking.
