Removal [02/2024 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    See step  1
  4. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    See step  2
  5. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
  6. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    See step  4

  7. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    See step  5

  8. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    See step  6

  9. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    See step  7
  10. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    See step  8

  11. REMOVE COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY

      1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the discharge hose.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

      1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the liquid hose.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the liquid hose.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

      1. Disconnect the connector.
      2. Remove the 6 bolts.
      3. Remove the 2 screws and cooling box assembly.
