REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

Type A:

Remove the screw, 7 clips and rear engine under cover RH from the vehicle.

Type B:

Remove the screw, 8 clips and rear engine under cover RH from the vehicle.

REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT
NOTE:
Do not supply oil to the tensioner when an abnormal noise of the belt occurs.
1. Attach a wrench to the hexagonal portion (A) or (B) of the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly as shown in the illustration.

  *a 5 mm hexagon Wrench
2. Turn the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise to align its holes, and then insert a 5 mm hexagon wrench to secure the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.
3. Remove the V-ribbed belt.
