- CHECK FOR DTC
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (READY).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.
- Check if hybrid control system DTCs are output.

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMPRESSOR WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY - IG POWER SOURCE AND BODY GROUND) WARNING:
Do not disconnect the connector on the high-voltage side.
- Disconnect the C96 compressor with motor assembly connector.
- Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C96-1 (IG1) - Body ground Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C96-2 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω NOTE:If the power switch is turned on (IG) with the connector disconnected, other DTCs will be stored. Be sure to clear the DTCs after the inspection.
