  1. CONFIRM MODEL 
    1. Choose the model to be inspected.

  2. CHECK AIR OUTLET SERVO MOTOR 
    1. Confirm for which seat the air outlet mode cannot be changed.

      The air outlet mode for the front passenger seat cannot be changed B

  3. CHECK AIR OUTLET SERVO MOTOR 
    1. Confirm for which seat the air outlet mode cannot be changed.

      The air outlet mode for the rear seats cannot be changed C

  4. CHECK NO. 3 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check that the No. 3 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly is installed correctly.

      OK

      The No. 3 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly is installed correctly.

    Result: 

    NG 

    INSTALL NO. 3 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REASSEMBLY [01/2019 - 06/2020]  , or refer to  REASSEMBLY [06/2020 - 09/2022] 

    Result: 

    OK

  5. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Air Conditioner / Trouble Codes.
    5. Check for DTCs.

      Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Trouble Codes 

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      B1443 is not output A
      B1443 is output B

    Result: 

    A 

    REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [01/2019 - 03/2019]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [03/2019 - 06/2021]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [06/2021 - 09/2022] 

    Result: 

    B 

    GO TO DTC B1443. Refer to  DTC B1443: Air Outlet Damper Control Servo Motor Circuit [01/2019 - 09/2022] 

  6. CHECK NO. 1 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check that the No. 1 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly is installed correctly.

      OK

      The No. 1 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly is installed correctly.

      NG

    Result: 

    NG 

    INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REASSEMBLY [01/2019 - 06/2020]  , or refer to  REASSEMBLY [06/2020 - 09/2022]

    OK

  7. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Air Conditioner / Trouble Codes.
    5. Check for DTCs.

      Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Trouble Codes 

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      B1448 is not output A
      B1448 is output B

    Result: 

    A 

    REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [01/2019 - 03/2019]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [03/2019 - 06/2021]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [06/2021 - 09/2022] 

    Result: 

    B 

    GO TO DTC B1448. Refer to  DTC B1448: FACE Servo Motor Circuit (Passenger Side) [01/2019 - 09/2022] 

  8. CHECK NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check that the No. 2 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly is installed correctly.

      OK

      The No. 2 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly is installed correctly.

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    NG 

    INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REASSEMBLY [01/2019 - 06/2020]  , or refer to  REASSEMBLY [06/2020 - 09/2022]

    OK

  9. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
