Combination Meter ECU Communication Stop Mode [01/2019 - 09/2022]: Procedure

- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS LINES (COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY MAIN LINE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Disconnect the I4 combination meter assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition I4-19 (EP) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω I4-23 (ES) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω *a Front view of wire harness connector
(to Combination Meter Assembly) - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
