Removal [09/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [09/2022 - 11/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [11/2022 - ]

  2. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. DISCONNECT OUTLET NO. 2 INVERTER COOLING HOSE 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the outlet No. 2 inverter cooling hose from the motor cooling cooler.

      NOTE:

      Put pieces of cloth into the pipe and disconnected hose or cover the pipe and hose with plastic bags to prevent entry of foreign matter.

  4. DISCONNECT OUTLET NO. 1 INVERTER COOLING HOSE 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the outlet No. 1 inverter cooling hose from the motor cooling cooler.

      NOTE:

  5. REMOVE MOTOR COOLING COOLER 
    1. Remove the 3 bolts and motor cooling cooler from the hybrid vehicle transaxle assembly.

    2. Remove the 2 gaskets from the motor cooling cooler.
