Removal [01/2019 - 09/2022]: Procedure

Refer to REMOVAL [01/2019 - 04/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [04/2020 - 09/2022] 

1. Remove the clip from the fuel suction tube with pump and gauge assembly.

2. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, remove the fuel pressure regulator assembly from the fuel suction tube with pump and gauge assembly.

   NOTE:

   • Be careful not to damage or deform the fuel pressure regulator assembly.
   • If the fuel pressure regulator assembly is damaged or deformed, replace it with a new one.
   • Pull out the fuel pressure regulator assembly carefully because the O-rings are firmly installed between the fuel pressure regulator assembly and fuel suction tube with pump and gauge assembly.
   • Do not damage the fuel suction tube with pump and gauge assembly.
3. Remove the 2 O-rings from the fuel pressure regulator assembly.
