DTC B1321-87: Lost Communication with EMV Missing Message [01/2019 - 09/2022]: Procedure

1. Check if audio and visual system DTCs are output.

   Body Electrical > Navigation System > Trouble Codes

GO TO AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM. Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [01/2019 - 04/2020]  , or refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [04/2020 - 09/2022]

1. Disconnect the I4 combination meter assembly connector.
2. Check if audio and visual system DTCs are output.

   Body Electrical > Navigation System > Trouble Codes 

   HINT: 

   If audio and visual system DTCs are output, it can be judged that the radio receiver assembly could perform local bus communication line diagnosis, therefore the audio and visual system may not be malfunctioning.
