Removal [11/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat Assembly) 

    Refer to REMOVAL [01/2019 - ]

  2. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  4. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL CUSHION 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  5. REMOVE REAR DECK TRIM COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  6. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  7. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD (w/o Rear Seat Assembly) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32

  9. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD PANEL (w/o Rear Seat Assembly) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 33

  10. REMOVE SIDE TRIM COVER LH (w/o Rear Seat Assembly) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 34

  11. REMOVE REAR PILLAR COVER LH (w/o Rear Seat Assembly) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 35

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 36

  13. REMOVE CENTER FLOOR CROSSMEMBER BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 38

  14. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 39

  15. REMOVE FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU 
    1. Disconnect the 2 fuel pump control ECU connectors.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and fuel pump control ECU from the vehicle body.
      NOTE:

      Do not reuse the fuel pump control ECU if it has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact.

  16. REMOVE NO. 2 FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 fuel pump control ECU bracket from the fuel pump control ECU.

      NOTE:

      Do not reuse the fuel pump control ECU if it has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact.
