DTC B242C: Right Headlight ECU Malfunction; DTC B242D: Left Headlight ECU Malfunction [06/2018 - 09/2022]: Procedure

- CLEAR DTC
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / AFS or AFS (Sub) / Trouble Codes.
- Clear the DTCs.
Body Electrical > AFS > Clear DTCs
Body Electrical > AFS (Sub) > Clear DTCs

- CHECK FOR DTC
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Wait for at least maximum 15 minutes.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / AFS or AFS (Sub) / Trouble Codes.
- Check for DTCs.
Body Electrical > AFS > Trouble Codes
Body Electrical > AFS (Sub) > Trouble Codes
OK
DTC B242C and B242D are not output.
