- CHECK DRIVE MODE STATUS
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Operate the drive mode select switch (combination switch assembly) to change the drive mode.
- Check that the drive mode indicator is displayed on the multi-information display and changes according to the selected drive mode.

- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Data List / Powertrain Drive Mode Switch.

- Disconnect the I3 hybrid vehicle control ECU connector.
- Disconnect the I61 drive mode select switch (combination switch assembly) connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
