Parking Brake Switch Circuit [01/2019 - 09/2022]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Data List.
5. Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.

   Body Electrical > Main Body > Data List

1. Disconnect the 4E instrument panel junction block assembly connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   I122-1 (+) - 4E-38	Always	Below 1 Ω
   I122-1 (+) or 4E-38 - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG

1. Remove the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) from the instrument panel junction block assembly.

   Refer to REMOVAL [01/2019 - 03/2019] , or refer to REMOVAL [03/2019 - 09/2022]

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   4E-38 - MB-12 (PKB)	Always	Below 1 Ω
