- Hall IC Signal Malfunction
If the grille shutter ECU (swing grille actuator assembly) detects a stuck high or stuck low signal from either hall IC1 or hall IC2, it will output a malfunction signal to the ECM and the ECM will store a DTC.
Detection Condition DTC No. Short to +B (Stuck High) P05B1-12 (Active Grille Air Shutter "B" Circuit Short to Battery) Open or Short to Ground (Stuck Low) P05B1-14 (Active Grille Air Shutter "B" Circuit Short to Ground or Open) - Hall IC Signal Reception Malfunction
