CHECK COMMUNICATION SERVICE CONDITION

Move the vehicle.

If the vehicle is outside the communication service area, move the vehicle to a communication service area, wait for a while and perform the operation again.

CHECK DTC

Turn the ignition switch off.
Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON and wait for 10 seconds or more.
Turn the Techstream on.
Clear the DTCs.
Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2019 - 10/2022]

Body Electrical > Telematics > Clear DTCs

Check for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.

Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2019 - 10/2022]

Body Electrical > Telematics > Trouble Codes

No DTCs are output.

REPLACE DCM (TELEPHONE TRANSCEIVER ASSEMBLY)

Replace the DCM (telephone transceiver assembly) with a new one.

NOTE:

The ignition switch must be off.
Do not exchange the DCM (telephone transceiver assembly) with one from another vehicle.
