Installation [03/2023 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR
- for HEV Model:
- Using an 8 mm socket wrench, install the engine oil level sensor to the stiffening crankcase assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
- Apply a small amount of engine oil to the O-ring of the engine oil level sensor.
- Install a new clip to the engine oil level sensor.
- Connect the engine oil level sensor connector.
- Using an 8 mm socket wrench, install the engine oil level sensor to the stiffening crankcase assembly with the 2 bolts.
- for PHEV Model:
- Using an 8 mm socket wrench, install the engine oil level sensor to the engine balancer assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
- Apply a small amount of engine oil to the O-ring of the engine oil level sensor.
- Install a new clip to the engine oil level sensor.
- Connect the engine oil level sensor connector.
- Using an 8 mm socket wrench, install the engine oil level sensor to the engine balancer assembly with the 2 bolts.
- for HEV Model:
- INSTALL OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY
for HEV Model:

Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5
- INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK

- CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL

- INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
