AWD Warning does not Come ON [11/2018 - ]: Procedure

1. Check that there is no looseness at the locking and connecting parts of the 4WD ECU assembly connector.

   OK

   No looseness at the locking and connecting parts

2. Disconnect the N3 and N4 4WD ECU assembly connectors.
3. Check the connector case and the terminal for deformation and corrosion.

   OK

   No deformation or corrosion

4. Connect the N3 and N4 4WD ECU assembly connectors.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Turn the ignition switch off.
2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
3. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
4. Turn the Techstream on.
5. According to the display on the Techstream, perform the Active Test and check the Data List "4WD Warning Light" turns ON/OFF.
