Combination Meter ECU Communication Stop Mode [11/2018 - 02/2019]: Procedure

- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS WIRE (COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY MAIN WIRE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
*a Front view of wire harness connector
(to Combination Meter Assembly) - Disconnect the combination meter assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G18-9 (CANH) - G18-25 (CANL) Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal 108 to 132 Ω Result
Proceed to OK NG

REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN MAIN WIRE OR CONNECTOR

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

(to Combination Meter Assembly) - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
Refer to INITIALIZATION [11/2018 - 02/2019]
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
