Reassembly [02/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP 

    HINT: 

    Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the fuel pump.

    Refer to INITIALIZATION [02/2019 - 10/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2019 - 08/2020] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [12/2021 - 11/2024] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [11/2024 - ]

    1. Install the fuel pump to the No. 1 cap.

    2. Apply a gasoline to a new O-ring.
    3. Install the spacer and O-ring to the fuel pump.

    4. Attach the 3 claws and install the No. 1 cap to the sub-assembly support.
    5. Connect the connector to the fuel pump.
    6. Attach the 4 claws and connect the sub-assembly support to the fuel sub-tank sub-assembly.
  2. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY
