DTC B241A: Rear Height Control Sensor [11/2018 - 12/2021]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL AutoLeveling / Clear DTCs.
5. Clear the DTCs.

   Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Clear DTCs 

   Result

   Proceed to
   NEXT

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Wait 10 seconds or more.
4. Turn the Techstream on.
5. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL AutoLeveling / Trouble Codes.
6. Check for DTCs.

   Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Trouble Codes 

   OK

   DTC B241A is not output.

1. Remove the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH.

   Refer to REMOVAL [11/2018 - 02/2019] , or refer to REMOVAL [02/2019 - 12/2021]

2. Inspect the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH.

   Refer to INSPECTION [11/2018 - 12/2021]

   Result

REPLACE REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH. Refer to  REMOVAL [11/2018 - 02/2019]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [02/2019 - 12/2021]

1. Disconnect the O3 rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH connector.
2. Disconnect the A11 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   O3-3 (SHB) - A11-16 (SBR)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   O3-2 (SHRR) - A11-17 (SHRL)	Always	Below 1 Ω

   O3-3 (SHB) or A11-16 (SBR) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   O3-2 (SHRR) or A11-17 (SHRL) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
