DTC P2610-29: ECM/PCM Engine Off Timer Performance Signal Invalid [11/2018 - 08/2020]: Procedure

REPLACE ECM

Replace the ECM.

Refer to REMOVAL [11/2018 - 02/2019] , or refer to REMOVAL [02/2019 - 08/2020]

CLEAR DTC

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Turn the Techstream on.
Clear the DTCs.
Powertrain > Engine > Clear DTCs

Turn the power switch off and wait for at least 30 seconds.

CHECK WHETHER DTC OUTPUT RECURS (DTC P2610-29)

Drive the vehicle in accordance with the driving pattern described in Confirmation Driving Pattern.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes / Pending.
Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes

If no pending DTC is output, the repair has been successfully completed.
