- INSPECT ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR
- Remove the engine oil level sensor.
Refer to REMOVAL [04/2018 - ]
- Inspect the engine oil level sensor.
Refer to INSPECTION [04/2018 - ]

REPLACE ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR. Refer to REMOVAL [04/2018 - ]

- Remove the engine oil level sensor.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR - COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the G16 combination meter assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C34-1 - G16-27 (OILW) Always Below 1 Ω C34-1 or G16-27 (OILW) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher Result
