No Cool Air Comes Out [11/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK SWITCH INDICATOR 
    1. Operate each switch on the air conditioning control assembly and check that the switch indicators operate normally.

      OK

      All switch indicators operate normally.

        Proceed to
      OK (for Dual Type) A
      OK (for Single Type) B
      NG C

    Result:

    GO TO OTHER DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE (Operation not Accepted Even If Air Conditioning Switch is Operated). Refer to  Operation not Accepted Even If Air Conditioning Switch is Operated [11/2022 - ]

  2. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING GTS 
    1. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the GTS.

      Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Active Test

      Front Left Air Mix Damper Control Servo Motor No. 1 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly pulse Min.: 128
      Max.: 384      		 Operates between 165 to 257 pulses
      Front Right Air Mix Damper Control Servo Motor No. 1 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly pulse Min.: 128
      Max.: 384      		 Operates between 255 to 347 pulses

      Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Active Test

    INSPECT REFRIGERANT PRESSURE WITH MANIFOLD GAUGE SET. Refer to  ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION [09/2021 - ]

    GO TO DTC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE FOR MALFUNCTIONING DAMPER SERVO MOTOR. Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [11/2022 - ] 

  3. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING GTS 
    1. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the GTS.

      Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Active Test
