DTC B1321-87: Lost Communication with EMV Missing Message [09/2021 - 11/2022]: Procedure

1. Check if meter/gauge system DTCs are output.

   Body Electrical > Combination Meter > Trouble Codes 

2. Check if navigation system DTCs are output.

   Body Electrical > Navigation System > Trouble Codes 

3. Check the DTCs and output pattern according to the following table.

   Pattern	DTC Output Part Name (Display on GTS)
   	Combination Meter Assembly (Combination Meter)	Radio and Display Receiver Assembly (Navigation System)
   Pattern 1	B1321-87	B1324
   Pattern 2	B1321-87	-

   Result

GO TO AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM. Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [09/2021 - 11/2022]

1. Disconnect the combination meter assembly connector.

2. Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform.

   OK

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG
