Installation [04/2018 - 08/2020]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL HYBRID BATTERY TERMINAL BLOCK 
    WARNING:

    Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.

    1. Connect the 2 hybrid battery terminal block connectors.
      NOTE:

      Make sure that the connectors are connected securely.

    2. Install the hybrid battery terminal block to the HV battery with the bolt.

      *a Pin

      Torque: 7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Make sure to align the hole of the hybrid battery terminal block with the pin.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 HV BATTERY SHIELD PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. INSTALL UPPER HV BATTERY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  4. INSTALL HV BATTERY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [04/2018 - 08/2020]
