No Cool Air Comes Out [04/2018 -]: Procedure

  1. CHECK SWITCH INDICATOR 
    1. Operate each switch on the air conditioning control panel (radio and display receiver assembly) and check that the switch indicators operate normally.

      OK

      All switch indicators operate normally.

      Result

      Proceed to

      NG

    Result: 

    NG 

    GO TO OTHER DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE (Operation not Accepted Even If Air Conditioning Switch is Operated). Refer to  Operation not Accepted Even If Air Conditioning Switch is Operated [04/2018 -]

    OK

  2. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Air Conditioner / Active Test.
    5. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the Techstream.

      Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Active Test

      Operates between 255 and 347 pulses

      Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Active Test

      Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Active Test 

      Tester Display
      Air Mix Servo Targ Pulse(P)

      OK

      Each damper servo motor operates.

      Result

    INSPECT REFRIGERANT PRESSURE WITH MANIFOLD GAUGE SET. Refer to  ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION [04/2018 -]
