DTC B1473: A/C Inverter Start-up Signal System [04/2018 -]: Procedure

1. Check if air conditioning system DTCs are output.

   Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Trouble Codes 

   Result

   Only B1473 is output	A
   B1473 and B1498 are output simultaneously	B

Result:

GO TO DTC B1498. Refer to  DTC B1498: Communication Malfunction (A/C Inverter Local) [04/2018 -]

1. Check if hybrid control system DTCs are output.

   Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Trouble Codes

GO TO HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [04/2018 - 08/2020]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [08/2020 -]

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Air Conditioner / Active Test.
5. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the Techstream.

   Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Active Test
