DTC P17AC: Transfer Shift Motor Limit Switch Circuit [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (4 WHEEL DRIVE CONTROL ECU - TRANSFER SHIFT ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the F47 4 wheel drive control ECU connector.
- Disconnect the B47 transfer shift actuator assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition F47-8 (HL1) - B47-12 (HL1) Always Below 1 Ω F47-7 (HL2) - B47-11 (HL2) Always Below 1 Ω B47-10 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω F47-8 (HL1) or B47-12 (HL1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher F47-7 (HL2) or B47-11 (HL2) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

- Disconnect the B47 transfer shift actuator assembly connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
