Installation [08/2020 - 08/2021]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 6 nuts and screw.

      Nut 

      Torque: 30 N.m (306 kgf/cm, 22 ft.lbf) 

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  9. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  10. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  11. INSTALL AIR INTAKE DUCT LH 
    1. Install the air intake duct LH with the 2 screws.
    2. Install the clip and bolt.
  12. INSTALL AIR INTAKE DUCT RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER 
    1. Install the front lower bumper cover with the 4 bolts and clip.

      Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf) 

  14. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT (for 4WD) 
    1. Install the cool air intake duct with the 4 clips.
  15. INSTALL UPPER CENTER FRONT BUMPER RETAINER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11

  16. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER 
    1. Connect the 4 connectors.
    2. Attach the 14 claws to install the front bumper cover with radiator grille.
    3. Install the 5 bolts, 10 screws and 6 clips.
  17. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 60

  18. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING 

    Refer to ADJUSTMENT [08/2020 - ]

  19. ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR 
    1. When the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly is replaced with a new one, adjustment of the radar sensor beam axis must be performed.

      Refer to ADJUSTMENT [08/2019 - ]
