Removal [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

1. Apply protective tape around the No. 2 back door name plate as shown in the illustration.

   *a	Wooden Block
   *b	Piano Wire
   	Protective Tape

2. Insert a piano wire between the back door panel and No. 2 back door name plate.
3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
4. Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 2 back door name plate to the back door panel.
   NOTE:

   Be careful not to damage the back door panel.

1. For Type A:
   1. Apply protective tape around the No. 5 back door name plate as shown in the illustration.

   2. Insert a piano wire between the back door panel and No. 5 back door name plate.
   3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
   4. Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 5 back door name plate to the back door panel.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the back door panel.

2. For Type B:
   1. Apply protective tape around the No. 5 back door name plate as shown in the illustration.

   2. Insert a piano wire between the back door panel and No. 5 back door name plate.
   3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
   4. Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 5 back door name plate to the back door panel.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the back door panel.

1. For XLE Plate:
   1. Apply protective tape around the No. 3 back door name plate as shown in the illustration.

   2. Insert a piano wire between the back door panel and No. 3 back door name plate.
   3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
   4. Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 3 back door name plate to the back door panel.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the back door panel.

2. For LIMITED Plate:
   1. Apply protective tape around the No. 3 back door name plate as shown in the illustration.

   2. Insert a piano wire between the back door panel and No. 3 back door name plate.
   3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
   4. Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 3 back door name plate to the back door panel.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the back door panel.

2. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and No. 2 front fender name plate.
3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
4. Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 2 front fender name plate to the vehicle body.
   NOTE:

   Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

HINT: 

Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 front fender name plate.
