DTC U0293-87: Lost Communication with Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module Missing Message [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HV BATTERY) 
    1. Check for DTCs.

      Powertrain > HV Battery > Trouble Codes 

    2. Turn the ignition switch off.

      Result

      Proceed to
      NEXT

    Result: 

    NEXT 

    GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [07/2020 - 10/2022]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2022 - ]
