Engine Oil Level Sensor Circuit [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

1. Read the Data List according to the display on the GTS.

   Body Electrical > Combination Meter > Data List 

   Tester Display	Measurement Item	Range	Normal Condition	Diagnostic Note
   Oil Level Switch	Engine oil level sensor input	OFF or ON	OFF: Engine oil level not low ON: Engine oil level low	When the switch is not connected to the combination meter assembly via direct line, the value of the Data List item will not change.

   Body Electrical > Combination Meter > Data List 

   Tester Display

1. Disconnect the E139 combination meter assembly connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   C22-1 - E139-9 (OILW)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   C22-1 or E139-9 (OILW) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG
