DTC B1512-87: Lost Communication with Steering Switch Control Module Missing Message [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the E129 spiral cable sub-assembly connector.
2. Check the signal waveform.

   HINT: 

   The waveform pattern changes according to signal.

   Standard

   Result

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   E129-1 (LIN) - E139-32 (CXPI)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   E129-1 (LIN) or E139-32 (CXPI) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result
