Installation [03/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER LOWER PROTECTOR 
    1. Position front suspension member lower protector (1).

    2. Replace 16 mm bolts (2).
    3. Tighten the 16 mm bolts (2).

      Torque: 56 N.m (571 kgf/cm, 41 ft.lbf) 

    4. Using SST, tighten the 16 mm bolts (2) an additional 45°.
      • SST: 09900-WA010

      *d Magnetic Portion
      • The magnetic portion is used to secure the gauge to the vehicle.
      • After first adjusting the needle of the gauge to 0°, tighten to the specified angle.
      • Perform the work procedure carefully so that the gauge, etc. does not become tilted.
    5. Tighten screws (arrows).

      Torque: 3.0 N.m (31 kgf/cm, 27 in.lbf) 

  2. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER 
    1. Position front floor cover (1).

    2. Tighten screws (arrows).

      Torque: 3.0 N.m (31 kgf/cm, 27 in.lbf) 

  3. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH FRONT SHIELD LH 
    1. Insert the front fender splash front shield LH (1) at the side.

    2. Tighten screws (arrows).

      Torque: 2.6 N.m (27 kgf/cm, 23 in.lbf) 

  4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH FRONT SHIELD RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Guide the No. 1 engine under cover assembly (1) in and position it.

    2. Tighten screws (arrows).

      Torque: 3.0 N.m (31 kgf/cm, 27 in.lbf)
