Installation [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE 
    1. Insert and install the No. 2 radiator hose.
    2. Connect the No. 2 radiator hose below the intake plenum to the water valve.
      1. Make sure you can hear the No. 2 radiator hose lock.
    3. Connect the No. 2 radiator hose to the radiator assembly.
      1. Make sure you can hear the No. 2 radiator hose lock.
    4. Connect radiator hose sub-assembly.
      1. Make sure you can hear the radiator hose sub-assembly lock.
  2. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM ECM COVER 
    1. Install the engine room ECM cover (2).

      HINT: 

      The snap-lock couplings (1) must engage audibly.

  3. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for High Temperature) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for High Temperature) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  5. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER LOWER PROTECTOR 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [03/2019 - ]
