Removal [03/2019 - 03/2020]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE TURBOCHARGER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [03/2019 - 03/2020] 

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 TURBO WATER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    See step  2

  3. REMOVE INLET TURBO OIL PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    See step  3

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 TURBO WATER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    WARNING:
    • Hot fluids.

      Risk of scalding!

      • Conduct all work in the vehicle wearing appropriate personal protective equipment only.

    HINT: 

    Collect and dispose of emerging fluids. Observe country specific waste disposal regulations.

    1. Turn the No. 1 turbo water pipe sub-assembly (1) in direction of arrow and remove to the top.
