Removal [03/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [03/2019 - ] 

  2. REMOVE VENTILATION HOSE 
    1. Unlock and disconnect plug connections (1).

    2. Unclip the No. 2 engine wire (2) from the ventilation hose in the marked areas.
    3. Unlock the No. 2 ventilation hose and pull it off the ventilation hose.
    4. Unlock the lock (1) and disconnect the ventilation hose (2).

    5. Unlock the lock (3).
    6. Disconnect the ventilation hose (2) from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly and remove.
  3. REMOVE INLET COMPRESSOR ELBOW 
    WARNING:
    • Hot surfaces.

      Risk of burning!

      • Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.
    1. Loosen the T30 bolts (1).

    2. Guide out the inlet compressor elbow (2) on the turbocharger sub-assembly and remove.
