INSTALL INLET COMPRESSOR ELBOW

NOTE:

Damage to the turbocharger sub-assembly.
A leak at the pressure pipe can damage the turbocharger sub-assembly.
- Replace the compressor inlet gasket and compressor inlet elbow if necessary.

Replace compressor inlet gasket (1) on the inlet compressor elbow.

Install inlet compressor elbow (2) on turbocharger sub-assembly.

INSTALL VENTILATION HOSE

HINT:

Latch mechanisms, guides and mounting elements must not be damaged or missing.

Check the seals (1) for damage and replace the ventilation hose where required.

Connect the ventilation hose to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly and lock in place.
HINT:

The lock must audibly engage.
Connect ventilation hose at the compressor inlet elbow of the turbocharger sub-assembly and lock.
HINT:

The lock must audibly engage.
Connect the No. 2 ventilation hose on the bottom to the ventilation hose and lock.
HINT:

Lock must audibly engage.
Clip in the No. 2 engine wire where marked on the ventilation hose.
Connect connectors and lock.
HINT:

The locks must engage audibly.
