Removal [02/2019 - 10/2019]: Procedure
- PRECAUTION NOTE:
After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

- REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (for HV Model)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
- REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD (for HV Model)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
- REMOVE BATTERY HOLE COVER (for HV Model)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL
- for A25A-FXS:
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5
- for A25A-FKS:
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
WARNING:- Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
- If the airbag deploys for any reason, it may cause a serious accident.
NOTE:When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

- for A25A-FXS:
- REMOVE REAR BUMPER COVER
Refer to REMOVAL [02/2019 - 10/2019]
- REMOVE KICK DOOR CONTROL BRACKET
- REMOVE KICK DOOR CONTROL SENSOR
- Detach the claw and guide and disconnect the antenna cable in the order shown in the illustration.
- Detach the clamp.NOTE:
- Do not pull strongly on the wire.
- Do not twist the wire.
- Detach the claw in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.
Remove in this Direction - Detach the guide and remove the kick door control sensor from the kick door control bracket in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.
Remove in this Direction NOTE:- Do not subject the kick door control sensor to strong impacts or force, and do not drop it.
- Do not reuse a kick door control sensor which has been subjected to an impact or dropped.
- Detach the claw and guide and disconnect the antenna cable in the order shown in the illustration.
